At COCO SIN, we want your shopping experience to be seamless and worry-free — from placing your order to receiving your package. Here’s everything you need to know about delivery, duties, and our return and exchange policies.

Our Promise on Duties & Taxes

For regions where taxes and duties are not covered, we take steps to minimize any additional fees. Most customers pay around $10 or less, though this depends on local customs rules.


Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding Vietnam public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.


Customs & Duties Disclaimer

  • For Standard options (tax & duties not covered), any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If these fees are refused, the original shipping cost and any customs charges will not be refunded once the parcel is returned, and customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. COCO SIN offers one-time exchanges per order:

Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Ship back approved exchanges within 7 days of confirmation.

  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.

  • We do not accept exchanges for items worn for events, press, or styling purposes (e.g., photoshoots).

Conditions for Exchange

  • Sizing Issues: One-time size exchange per order.

  • Change of Style/Product: You can exchange for another product by settling any price difference.

  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, COCO SIN covers return and reshipment fees for verified faults.

For other cases, customers cover both return and reshipment shipping fees.


Return Policy (Defective Items Only)

COCO SIN accepts returns only for defective products, within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only manufacturing defects (fabric, stitching, hardware) are eligible.

  • Sale/discounted items and customized products are final sale.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.


FAQs

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

  • No, for Thailand, Singapore, and the Philippines — COCO SIN covers all charges.

  • For Europe and other countries, most customers pay $10 or less, unless they choose the “Tax & Duties Covered” option.

Can I request a refund instead of an exchange?

  • We do not offer refunds for non-defective items — only exchanges as per our policy.

What if I refuse customs charges?

  • If you refuse the charges on a Standard option, we cannot refund your shipping cost or customs fee. You will also be responsible for the return shipping.
