In simple terms, Upbrand powers the online store and takes care of order processing and payment, while Cocosin Co. Ltd. is the creator and owner of the products you purchase.

COCOSIN (Cocosin Co. Ltd.) is the Seller of Record. This means that all products available on this site are sold, shipped, and supported by Cocosin.

Upbrand Asia Pte. Ltd. acts solely as the service provider responsible for managing the website, processing payments (via Stripe/ Shopify Payment), and facilitating your shopping experience. Your payment may appear with “UPBRAND” or “COCOSIN x UPBRAND” on your card statement, but rest assured that you are buying directly from Cocosin.
3. ORDERS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders: When you place an order, you are entering into a purchase agreement with Cocosin.

Shipping: Products are shipped directly from Cocosin’s warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Customs & Duties: Depending on your location, you may be responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by your country at the time of delivery.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
